2021 was the year of the ten-year maintenance of our lime kiln: we have indeed undertaken its total refurbishment. The project study starts 12 months before the works and consists in listing, organizing and planning the interventions of the various internal and external teams as well as the ordering of all the materials necessary for the realization of the works. Refurbishment of the kiln involves dismantling all of the refractory bricks making up the kiln over a height of 12 m for an area of 124 m2 (i.e. more than 43,000 bricks for approximately 231,000 kg) to replace them entirely.
